1. General Terms & Acceptance

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the kx777 platform, you agree to act in good faith at all times and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any point during your relationship with kx777.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on kx777.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in poker, or co-ordinate betting strategies that exploit platform mechanics.

Any breach of the above obligations will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and — where applicable — reporting to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

kx777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or suspicious activity on the account.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder has previously been self-excluded or permanently closed from kx777.
• Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the platform fee schedule.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own request or self-exclusion, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit payment method after any pending verification is completed.
